IKEA DESK HACK PREVIEW

I WANT THIS...



But at $1247.00, no way is that a possibility. So I bought this...

I am painting the top white, and will be spray painting the saw horse legs gold...right now the top has one coat of paint on the bottom, so I still have a ways to go and since I am using oil paint (which I am currently infatuated with) it has a much longer drying time than latex, so maybe next week I will be able to give you an official run down of the process and results. I hope it turns out as good as I imagine in my head.
